About us

Care that stays ethical, even when nobody is watching

RMS Hospitals (Kamala Raman Hospital) has served families for over three decades. Our promise is simple: honest advice, gentle hands and treatment that is genuinely needed.

Our mission

To make dependable multispeciality care reachable for every family in our neighbourhood — delivered with compassion, guided by ethics and measured by outcomes rather than revenue.

Compassion is clinical work

A reassured patient heals faster. We explain diagnoses in plain language, in the language you speak.

Ethics before economics

Our doctors are salaried, not commission-driven. No test, scan or surgery is advised to fill a target.

Quality we can prove

Infection rates, surgical outcomes and patient feedback are reviewed by an internal quality committee every month.

The values we are audited on

These are not posters in a corridor. Each one has a process behind it that our staff is trained and reviewed against.

  • Compassion first

Every patient is met with patience and dignity. We explain, we listen, and we never rush a frightened family.

  • Ethical practice

No unnecessary test, no unnecessary surgery. If a simpler treatment works, that is what we recommend.

  • Transparent pricing

Estimates are shared in writing before admission, and any change is discussed before it is billed.

  • Clinical excellence

Protocol-driven care, audited outcomes and continuous training keep our standards measurable, not just claimed.
